Where are you located and how far will you travel for an event?
Pour Choices is a mobile bartending and cocktail catering service, which means we bring the bar to you! For now, we offer our services from Los Angeles to Santa Barbara and hope to expand our reach in the future.
What type of events do you serve?
With backgrounds in fine dining, craft cocktails, private events and casual restaurant environments, our staff is prepared for whatever style event you would like to host. Whether it be black-tie or vibrant Aloha print, Pour Choices will provide excellent service and quality craft cocktails.
What kinds of drinks do you make? Can we request something off-menu?
Our bartenders have years of experience catering to the various needs of our guests. While we specialize in fresh, quality, craft cocktails, we also offer beer and wine service. Our online menu (PourChoicesBartending.com) is a great place to start - let us know if you had something else in mind and we can personalize a specialty cocktail just for your event.
How far in advance do we need to book?
In order to provide the best experience for you and your guests, we ask that you book at least 14 days in advance. This will allow us time to gather the freshest ingredients and most qualified bartenders.
How much do you charge for an event?
Our pricing is entirely based on your event and your expected guest count. Please submit an inquiry through our website (PourChocesBartending.com) and include the location of your event, anticipated guest count and cocktail choices so we can better estimate the cost.
Is the client required to provide anything?
- As a host, the only thing you need to provide is the alcohol. Leave the rest to us for an all-inclusive event.
Does Pour Choices have insurance?
Yes - Pour Choices has liquor liability coverage as well as General Liability insurance.
Insurance coverage is as follows:
$1,000,000 per occurrence for general liability
$2,000,000 general aggregate
$1,000,000 of liquor liability insurance
Is there a minimum/maximum guest count?
From intimate gatherings to large events and everything in between, Pour Choices does not currently require a minimum guest count. We will, however, ask that you confirm your final guest count at least two weeks prior to your event so we can plan our staffing and purchase any necessary ingredients.
How many bartenders will be working at my event?
Depending on the number of guests you are planning to host, we will staff our bar(s) accordingly. Generally, you can expect one bartender for every 60 guests. However, if you would like to increase staffing, we can arrange to have additional bartenders for an added cost.
Do you require a deposit? How do we submit payment?
Yes, we do require a 25% deposit to save the specified date. We accept multiple forms of payment : cash, check, credit /debit, Zelle or Venmo

What is your cancellation policy?
CANCELLATION / POSTPONEMENT / CHANGE OF DATE:
No changes or modifications shall be made 90 days prior to the event date. Our services & products are booked and secured for the date of the Event in this agreement. This prohibits our company and our staff from taking additional work and may result in lost wages and opportunity. A change of date is a cancellation of this agreement and at the discretion of Pour Choices either a “cancellation fee” or the full balance is immediately due. We are happy to forward your down payment to accommodate your new date subject to our availability. One (1) date change is complimentary, any additional date changes are $100.00. As stated above, the Reservation Deposit is nonrefundable. A minimum of 90 days’ notice is required to cancel the Agreement and to avoid payment of a cancellation fee. Any cancellation made less than 90 days prior to the performance of the Services will result in a cancellation fee of $300. If the cancellation is the result of the Company, all funds paid to the Company by the Client will be refunded to the Client, including the Reservation Deposit, within 7 days following cancellation by the Company.
What COVID-19 precautions are you taking?
Our number one concern is the safety of our guests. Pour Choices is committed to following State of California requirements regarding Covid-19 precautions and ensuring that all products and equipment are sanitized before and after each event.
